二、關鍵數據：立院大戶條款暫緩3年塵埃落定，影響台股未來一年成交量有望緩步遞增。

三、技術面: 櫃買中心量能表現較集中市場突出，大盤下周挑戰9251點前波高點，量能需進一步放大。

四、觀盤重點：1、內資與實戶將逐漸回流OTC個股；2、集中市場看外資耶誕節後回籠情況；3、電子權值股聚人氣穩盤；4、台股量能回復800-1000億元以上。
