標題[請益]第二次談薪水

各位好，小妹是南部某國立科大英語系畢 TOEIC 865分，目前工作3,4年，之前都是做行政類的工作 最近想轉職，面試了一間高雄的外商公司，最近剛進台灣設辦公室 產品與之前公司的產品有關聯性，客戶群也大致相同 大概也是因為這樣所以這家公司主動邀請我面試 且面試就直接開了Offer給我了，之後會直接通知上班時間 工作內容是Inside Sales的工作，算業務助理吧 會有機會到上海新加坡做訓練，了解公司產品 重點來了，薪水談了之後跟上份工作相同(我談薪水的技巧很差) 月薪28K，保障13個月，會另外有業績獎金，但當然要有達到業績才有 所以這就不談了 面試完後很苦惱，覺得自己好像開低了 很想再跟面試官談一次薪水，但應該用甚麼樣的方式呢? 再面對面談一次嗎? 還是電話中談呢? e-mail是可以接受的方式嗎? 還是各位認為28K以小妹沒有業助方面經驗算是可以接受了呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.39.64.210 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1403513524.A.079.html
