標題[問題] 值得待下去嗎？

前陣子面試了一間公司 雖然薪水不高22K (還要扣勞健保) 不過跟老闆相談甚歡 老闆說不需加班 也是自己想接觸的產業(出版) 所以還是去上班 之後發現公司離職率很高 帶我的人只做了一年多 (好像大部分的人都一、二年) 之前我這個位置的 大約做三個月~半年不等 職務是行政兼業助兼總務 除了出貨 大小雜事都要做 大約每天都晚一個小時走 雖然大多是前輩沒走我不敢走 但是前輩很忙 有時候中午也會處理事情 她也有跟我說這三個月會比較常加班 公司加班是寫加班單 不過沒人寫 打卡鐘快六分鐘 老闆似乎不太喜歡員工太早開冷氣 因為行政跟倉管同部門 所以也要幫忙 公司很要求禮貌跟應對 相處戰戰兢兢 想請問一下這種待遇在出版業算正常嗎？ 覺得做得很累看到薪資單卻只有二萬初 實在好無力 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 125.230.70.60 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1403536835.A.F4F.html
