大家好 我是第一次po文，也是新人入社會 如果有很天兵或排版凌亂請多見諒 這裡有幾件事情想請問大家一下 我詢問過不少台中的設計朋友，他們都說台中的平均薪水會比較低 於是我帶著這份心情去應徵了第一份工作 我在履歷上面寫薪水的要求是24k-28k 可是老闆開口就說我們底薪19k 其他的事採取獎金制度(用case算) 一份case+1000 (並且是超過2萬以上的case) (因為太新手了，所以都忘記問勞健保的問題) 問題1 台中的薪水真的有比較低嗎? 問題2 一個case +1000 一般公司都是怎麼算的(很少看到這方面的討論 問題3 老闆一次徵了五個設計，他說試用期三個月後再決定誰要當業務、行政、設計 一般來說設計都是這樣來分配工作的嗎? 問題4 工作面試，都會有考慮時間吧?可是老闆要我當場答覆耶! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.38.57.168 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1403525789.A.233.html
