亞銀、中美洲銀理事　改派財長張盛和

總統府今日發布新聞，我國在亞洲開發銀行及中美洲開發銀行理事代表，從央行總裁彭淮南改由財政部長張盛和兼任。
 
多年來，我國在亞銀及中美洲銀行的理事由央行總裁兼任，有其歷史淵源，但國際多邊開發銀行多數會員國多由財長出任，因此央行曾建議由財長兼任。近日央行總裁再度請辭兼職，終獲行政院長同意改派。﹙林巧雁／台北報導﹚
