請問有人使用台達電的監控程式UPSentry 2012及ShutdownAgent 2012嗎?

請問各位,我想要使用一台ups接兩台電腦,希望在市電停電時,電池電力耗盡前可以送出指令讓兩台電腦關機,但是ups只有一個rs232連接阜,台達電新的監控程式說"UPSentry 2012與ShutdownAgent 2012 合作可以保護一群大量的主機".一台主機安裝UPSentry 2012,另外的主機安裝ShutdownAgent 2012,按照說明書上的操作

不過測試時還是無法讓安裝ShutdownAgent 2012的電腦關機.
想請問有人使用相同的程式嗎?
