MKV 可以用來封裝各種影片格式（如MP4、AVI…），能夠將影片的章節、外掛多國字幕、 外掛音軌等封裝成一個檔案。因此成為網路上近年來常見的格式，之前微軟透露 Windows 10 將原生支援 mkv 影片格式與 FLAC 無損音樂格式。今天微軟將 Windows 8.1 內建的 影片增加支援 mkv 格式。不過可惜的是並不能支援外掛字幕，必須將字幕內嵌到影片中才 行。 http://i.imgur.com/ZWC0tOu.png
