現在年資約兩年，外地工作，原公司是擔任研發。 此分工作若在台灣，其實薪資+績效+年終約60! 而且偶而可以出差去東南亞各國拜訪客戶! 但目前公司政策，要丟人出去大陸，要把大陸市場做大! 但薪資開的很鳥...而且要長期派駐! 目前意願不高，所以初期試水溫，得到一些offer! 公司 中石化 台達化 職稱 製程工程師 製程工程師 住宿 家 家 薪資 N*14 N*14 分紅 目前不賺 看公司營運 共體時艱 調薪 績優3%優1% 每年會調整 但不確定幾% 工時 約8-18 8-17 加班費 責任 不加班 希望有待過南部傳產的一些鄉民，可以給予建議... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 180.176.181.110 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1418134658.A.787.html
