中醫診所疑涉詐健保費案 檢方偵辦

在高屏地區擁有13家中醫診所的馬光中醫集團，疑似爆發詐領健保費弊案，檢方調查發現，黃姓負責人要求旗下診所必須達到一定就診人數，三年來造成醫生、護士和員工多次刷自己的健保卡充數，初估詐領金額數百萬元，檢方偵訊後，黃姓負責人和12名醫生分別以2萬到50萬元交保。 假日照常看診的中醫診所，傳出詐領健保費弊案，民眾登門未受到影響，檢方調查，這家在高屏地區擁有13家診所的馬光中醫，有員工三年來在旗下診所看診308次，還有人一天刷10次健保卡看診，疑似就是為了衝業績，達到負責人訂定的目標。 ==馬光中醫教育總監

林純卉== 業績的目標目前是沒有那其實不管是任何公營企業或者是私人企業 它一定都會有所謂就是數字的部分或各方面 馬光中醫出面否認不法，強調未偽造不實病歷詐領健保費，但檢方指出，旗下診所員工約有180人，平均年齡只有32歲，從100年起，每位診所員工平均看診36次，遠比國人平均15次高過1倍以上。 ==馬光中醫教育總監 林純卉== 如果13家 三年這樣除下來其實每個月是幾千塊那幾千塊是不是有符合詐領的比例原則我們也會希望司法是可以釐清的 高雄和屏東檢方聯手傳喚140多名人員偵訊，部份人員坦承配合診所政策，刷健保卡詐領健保費，但負責人否認到底，訊後除了黃姓負責人以50萬元交保，其餘12名中醫各以2萬到5萬元交保，全案朝集團性詐欺方向偵辦。
